An Analysis of Alternative Principles and Models of Restructuring Capital State-owned Enterprises

It is quite necessary to restructure the state-owned enterprises' capital structure at the requirement of state-owned economy's strategic reestablishment. There are several restructuring models, such as debt restructuring, reduction of state-owned shares. This paper holds that different corresponding models should be chosen to deal with different problems in order to reach the goal of rebuilding the state-owned economy flexibly and step by step.
