| 摘 要： | 本文粗略探讨英语中反映有民族文化特点的词汇.有以下几种情况:1、在两种文化中,在社会意义、感情色彩上等值的词汇;2、在一种文化中存在,而在另一种文化中不存在的附加意义词汇;3、在两种文化中,具有不同文化内涵和使人产生不同联想的词汇;4、在两种文化中,具有附加意义的词汇既能产生共同联想,又存在更细微的区别.

| Abstract: | English words and expressions reflecting national culture fall into four kinds: 1. words and expressions equivalent in social meaning and emotional coloring to their correspondents in another culture and language; 2. words and expressions with some additional meanings only in the native culture and language rather than in another; 3. words and expressions with culture connotations different from their correspondents in another culture and langugge and towards different comprehension extension between the two different cultures; 4. words and expressions imperfeclty equivalent to their correspondents in another culture and language i. e. with similar additional meanings in some aspects while different in other aspects. |
