| 摘 要： | 随着我国改革开放的不断深入和经济的快速增长,人口流动的数量逐年增加,流动的范围越来越广,流动人口的数量规模、内部结构和来源去向都发生了根本性的变化。文章利用1990年、2000年第四、五次全国人口普查资料和其他经济数据,通过自行汇总统计,对我国的非户籍迁移人口流向和原因作简要分析,并在对迁移人口与城乡收入差距、地区经济发展水平之间进行实证分析的基础上,针对规模过大的非户籍迁移人口所带来的一系列问题提出应对建议。

| Abstract: | With the rapid growth of China's economy, there are more and more mobile people and the area covered by them is becoming larger and larger. Based on national population census in 1990 and 2000, the paper makes a brief study of the causes and destination of non-registered mobile population. After analyzing the relations between mobile population, income gap and economic development level in different areas, the author puts forward some measures to solve the problems caused by non-registered mobile population. |
