国家经济安全研究的整体思考

冷战后经济全球化的飞速发展和经济体制转型，给我们提供了空前的发展机遇，也给国家经济安全带来极大的挑战。研究应从狭义和广义两个方面进行。狭义是指对经济系统、经济秩序的现实威胁及其性质、原因和化解办法的研究；广义则指对安全发展的研究，即从战略资源和产业、敏感领域、指标体系和国家经济安全战略等方面研究如何维护国家重大经济利益，抵御较长期威胁因素的积累。本文对这两方面相辅相成的关系做了一些探讨。

Thinking on Study of National Economic Security

The rapid development of economic globalization and transition of economic system after the end of cold war,have given us not only unprecedented opportunities,but a great challenge to the national economic security.The point of view for this should focus on two sides:the narrow sense and the broad sense.The former refers to studies of real threaten to economic system,economic order,its reasons,characters and solutions;the latter refers to studies of secure development.It means how to maintain national,important economic benefits,defence the long term,threatenning factors accumulation from studying strategic resources,strategic industries,sensitive fields,target system and national economic security strategy.This paper explores the relation each other.
