International investment is an important pattern to allocate the global resources.In many countries,especially the developing countries,take various encouraging measures to attract foreign investment,resulting in fierce international competition to a certain extent for the encouraging measures.This paper analyzes and assesses the encouraging measures in the international investment,studies and discusses the international regulations among bilateral,regional and multilateral relationships for the encouraging measures.It also recommends to gradually improve the international coordination mechanism and to greatly promote the development of economic benefits in all countries in the world.
