| Abstract: | From such different angles as the connotation of corporate culture and the relationship between the forming of corporate culture and the development of the pioneering enterprise,and the important roles that corporate culture plays during the developing period of the pioneering enterprise,this paper tries to analyze the great importance of corporate culture to the constant perfection and sustainable development of the pioneering enterprise. |
