| 摘 要： | 班队干部是班主任的左膀右臂,在班级中起到核心骨干的作用,通过他们团结一致,带动其他集体成员,沟通信息,协调配合,开展集体工作。因此,选拔和培养好班干部,是班主任工作的一个重要任务。
