国外风景道的理论与实践

风景道作为旅游与交通功能相结合的特殊景观道路,在国外如美国、西欧有一定的发展历史,已形成一个重要的研究领域并取得了丰富的研究成果.文章从概念体系、规划设计与管理体制、结论与讨论等方面对国外风景道进行研究,以了解风景道发展的现状、特征和趋势,同时通过案例研究来揭示风景道开发建设的经验与启示.研究表明,国外风景道研究偏重于景观设计,而旅游学、人类学、社会学、心理学、经济学等学科正在越来越多地深入其中,研究内容已从侧重于景观评价和设计等方面向开发管理与营销、影响及评估、产品化与经营、旅行者行为与心理,以及公共服务保障体系等多方面拓展.

On the Principle and Applicaions of Scenic Byways Abroad

Scenic byway, as a particular landscaping road which combines the function of both traveling and traffic, has gained a huge development in western countries and formed an important territory of research with abundant fruits. This article investigates different scenic byways overseas from the aspects of concept system, planning and design, management system, conclusion and discussion, in order to know the actuality, features as well as tendencies of scenic byways. In the meantime, this paper also discloses the experiences and enlightenment in constructing scenic byway. According to the studies,the research of scenic byway abroad lays particular stress on scenic design, besides this, other studies, such as tourism science, anthropology, sociology, psychology and economics are more and more get involved in it. The content of the study is extended to development and management, marketing, impact and evaluation, product design, behavior and psychology of travelers , public service and ensuring system and many other aspects.
