| 摘 要： | 产业融合是信息时代产业发展的特殊现象，是信息化进程中的新型产业发展形态。产业边界漂移是产业融合的重要标志。运用自组织理论、耗散结构理论和系统经济学观点，文章剖析了产业边界漂移的动因；在此基础上，从技术融合、业务融合等角度探讨了信息产业合作竞争过程中的产业融合现象；最后，文章指出建立在IPTV技术基础上的网络电视／网络广播是推进产业融合的重要途径。
