| 摘 要： | 建立农产品封闭供应链是确保食品安全的有效途径。在对已有研究分析的基础上,阐述了长株潭区域农产品封闭供应链的设计思路,提出了农产品封闭供应链设计要素,并据此设计了基于核心企业的农产品封闭供应链四种模型,即生产型、加工型、分销型和零售型为核心企业的封闭供应链模式。研究结果将为湖南省建立农产品封闭供应链物流体系起到很好的示范作用。

| Abstract: | Building agricultural product closed supply chain is the effective way to ensure food security.Based on the existing research,the paper elaborated thinking of agricultural product closed supply chain in Chang-Zhu-Tan regional,put forward agricul-tural product supply chain design elements,and devised core enterprise model of agricultural products supply chain,i.e.production model,processing model,distribution model and retail model.Research results will play very good exemplary role for the establishment of Hunan province agricultural product supply chain logistics system. |
