摘    要:在知识经济社会到来和我国加入世界贸易组织的新形势下 ,人才竞争面临双重压力 ,文章通过分析我国人才现状 ,存在人才资源缺乏、教育落后和创业环境不佳等问题 ,严重影响了我国人才战略的实施。在此基础上结合层次分析法模型 ,指出我国在具体实施人才战略时 ,要构建人才优势 ,合理分配有限的人力、物力和财力资源。

BUILD UP THE DYNAMIC STRATEGY OF TALENT IN CHINA
Abstract:Knowledge economy society is coming.China joined into WTO. Under the new situation,competition in China faces double pressure.In the article,the writer analyses current situation of talented stuff,then finds out that people of talent are not enough, education has fallen behind and it is hard to start an undertaking in China.All of these facts affect the construction of talent staff. Combing with the model of AHP and opening analysis, the writer points out that in the strategy of talented stuff,advantage of the talent should be built up ,limited manpower,material and funds should be assigned reasonablely.
