| 摘 要： | 该文阐述了中央颁布实施《党内监督条例》和《党纪处分条例》的重大意义，同时全面、准确地理解和把握“两个条例”的精神实质。在此基础上论述应该如何不断提高自身的政治素质，提升自己的判断能力和思想觉悟，做一名廉洁正直的共产党员和党员领导干部。

| Abstract: | The paper expounds the significance of Supervision Regulations within the Chinese Communist Party and Punishment Regulations Under the Chinese Communist Party Discipline. The essence of the two sets of regulations should be understood correctly. Based on this essence, the paper deals with how to improve one's political quality, judging ability and ideological consciousness in order to become a clean and upright CCP member and leader. |
