撬动农村经济持续发展的金融支点——关于农村金融服务体系的功能演进与改革发展

农村经济的持续发展已成为中国现代化、社会稳定的核心命题。利用金融杠杆推动农村经济的持续发展日益成为化解城乡二元结构的路径之一,而金融杠杆作用的有效发挥离不开完善的农村金融服务体系。本文以功能为视角对金融服务体系进行了理论设计,进而针对性地提出基于“金融功能观”的农村金融服务体系完善对策。
