山西高耗能行业能源消费及节能分析

针对山西以高耗能行业为主的工业结构，在用能现状分析的基础上，着重对高耗能行业及相关产品的能源消费水平进行了研究，同时结合山西省提出的“十一五”期间全省节能降耗指标按产业行业分解的目标，对高耗能行业发展趋势与节能重点进行了分析，为节能降耗工作提供参考。
