| Abstract: | China's reform is started at rural area.This article summed up four major achievements for China's rural reform in 30 years,analyzed the four reasons for the great achievements made in the reform of the rural areas,and proposed measures and recommendations to solve the three agricultural issues and the urban-rural dual structure problems. |
