中俄森林资源合作开发的现状分析与对策研究

目前俄罗斯森林资源十分丰富,并且主要集中在俄罗斯远东西伯利亚地区。中国对俄罗斯森林资源需求旺盛,中国已经在对俄森林资源开发利用方面成效显著,积累了宝贵的经验。在系统分析中俄两国在森林资源合作开发现状的基础之上,指出对俄森林资源开发已成为中俄经贸合作的重要领域,是两国积极推进的大项目之一。未来中俄两国在森林资源开发利用方面将呈现好的发展态势,并提出了政府和企业在扩大对俄森林资源合作开发方面的对策与建议。

Situation Analysis and Countermeasures Research on Russia's Forest Resource Cooperation and Development

Russia is one of the richest countries in forest resource,especially Russian Far and Siberia.China and Russia are adjacent to each other and are supplemental to each other in forest resource.Forest resource supply-demand has increased considerably between the two countries.The paper described status of forest resource cooperation between the two countries.The distinction among these countries plies China and Russia with opportunity to play a vital role in the forest resource cooperation.The author thinks forest resource cooperation between the two countries is a very important and a good project by situation analysis.The author puts forward some development countermeasures and suggestions on Sino-Russia's forest resource cooperation for our government and businesses.
