水产品出口对山东省贸易额贡献率高，具有出口竞争优势，政府应该将水产品行业作为一个出口创汇的重要行业来发展。本文结合钻石模型的要素分析，建议今后逐步培育水产品行业所需的高级生产要素，提高山东省水产品的需求品质，并实施市场多元化战略，建设有竞争力的大型水产品企业集团，确保山东省水产品的出口竞争优势，以期能够给水产品管理部门以及水产品养殖、加工、出口等相关企业单位提供一些对策和建议。

Competitive advantage of Shandong aquatic products export by analysis of ＂ diamond model＂

The aquatic products export contribution rate of Shandong Province is high and the aquatic products export has competitive advantage, so the government should put the aquatic products industry as a major export industry to be developed. Using the factor analysis of ＂diamond model＂, authors have given suggestions that we should gradually cultivate high-level production factors that the aquatic products industry needs, increase the quality of the aquatic products, build large-scale enterprise groups owning competitiveness and ensure the competitive advantage of Shandong aquatic products export. At last, authors have proposed some countermeasures and suggestions for the authoritative management departments and related breeding, processing and export enterprises.
