| 摘 要： | 后危机时代,创新对企业乃至国家都至关重要。商业模式的创新被认为比产品/技术的创新更为重要,但是众多商业模式复制与创新的努力遭遇失败。对一家基础设施建设企业通过重建连接方式进行的商业模式创新活动进行了剖析。本研究认为,商业模式创新可以脱离新技术、新产品而存在;如果通过与外部单位重新建立连接的方式来进行变革,政府角色将是商业模式创新成功的一个重要支持性条件。
