| 摘 要： | 我国当代大学生挫折教育的开展,在一定程度上提高了大学生的挫折认知力和处理心理危机的能力,但从总体上看,教育的实效性还较差。因此,剖析影响大学生挫折教育实效的因素,从深层次找出问题的症结并加以改进,尽快建立起以学校为主导、家庭、社会积极参与的全方位的教育格局,实现施教者与受教者之间的良性互动,是提高大学生挫折教育实效性的关键。
