| 摘 要： | “关注民生、改善民生、保障民生”是“两会”最大的热点话题，其中，住房问题与房地产业的发展尤其成为社会各界近些年乃至未来关注的焦点。本文对新疆房地产业自1998年以来十年的发展特点进行了深入分析，以便透视新疆房地产企业发展过程中的艰辛与不足，从而提出既有利于实现宏观调控目标的发展需要，又有利于引导和促进新疆房地产业核心竞争力增强的对策建议，营造出有利于新疆房地产业发展的政策环境和市场环境。

| Abstract: | Public concern over housing and development of real estate has been increasing in recent years.The paper makes a thorough analysis of features of real estate in Xinjinag since 1998 to summarize hardships and deficiencies in the process of its development to put forward effective countermeasures to create an environment which is beneficial to the development of real estate in Xinjiang from both policy aspect and market aspect. |
