中西部地区地方高校筹资渠道初探

改革开放以来,我国高等教育取得了很大的进步,很多指标都已位居世界前列。但其经费短缺问题日益突出,特别是处于相对落后的中西部地区的地方高校,问题就更加严重了。本文比较系统的分析了中西部地区地方高校筹资难的原因,提出了相对落后地区地方高校缓解筹资难的一些办法和措施。
