我国事业单位激励机制的构建策略探析

摘    要:事业单位作为具有公益性的社会服务机构,为我国的现代化发展发挥了重要的推动作用。而在计划经济所带来的长期影响下,事业单位在人力资源管理方面所取得的进展相对缓慢,特别是在人才激励方面的理论研究与实践都相对缺乏。本文以提高我国事业单位人才激励工作有效性为出发点,从激励机制的构建理念、薪酬福利机制的构建以及沟通激励机制和激励技巧的丰富等方面对我国事业单位激励机制的构建策略做出了研究与探讨。

Abstract:As the social service agency with public welfare, the public institution plays an important role in China's modern development. While under the long-term influence of planned economy, the progress in human resources management that the public institution has made is relatively slow, especially the theoretical research and practice in talent motivation are relatively badly off. Taking the improvement of talent motivation effectiveness of public institution in China as a starting point, this paper has made the research and discussion on strategy construction of incentive mechanism of public institution in China from the construction concept of incentive mechanism, the construction of salary and welfare mechanism, and the enrichment of communication incentive mechanism and motivation skills.
