| Abstract: | The Diamond Theory which Professor Michael Porter has put forward is a power tool for competitive analysis.According to this theory,the article deeply analyzes competitive advantages of Shandong construction industry four aspects-production factors,demand condition,related support industry and competitive condition of the building enterprises.The above competitive advantages will provide a good terrace for making big and strung construction industry in Shandong province. |
