摘    要:企业对非常规活动的决策存在有限理性,使得与其相关的资源在价值和效率两个方面产生冗余,而重复决策产生的学习效应能够使人们认识冗余并通过创新来加以利用。

Abstract:The paper expounds the connotation of organizational slack and its characteristics, and analyzes the potential limitation of published literatures which interpreting the source of organizational slack. The paper suggests a new forming view of organizational slack and argues that resources absorbed by business process consist of activated demands and the organizational slack which includes two dimension: potential use and efficiency. Because managerial bounded-rationality under making new business decision, the learning effects sourced by repeated decision-making could make managers and workers find organizational slack and to find its new usage through technology innovation.
