| 摘 要： | 改进思想政治教育工作需要运用人力资本与新制度经济学有关理论,加大对教育的投资,大力提高思想政治教育工作者的素质和全社会文化水平;要用制度来规范管理,采用激励性政策和措施,充分调动人的积极性、主动性和创造性。

| Abstract: | The improvement of ideological and political work depends,on the basis of the related theory of human capital and new system economics,on the measures it should be taken to enlarge the investment to education,raise the quality of ideological and political workers and the cultural level of the whole society.It is needed to regulate the management by use of systems and adopt the stimulating policies and measures to give the full play of the man's initiative and creativity. |
