摘    要:现在对大规模定制的研究注重产品的开发和设计,但是许多学者和管理者忽视了企业自身的能力是否符合大规模定制的要求,笔者认为对于一个企业来说,进行大规模定制需要先判断企业自身的能力,以此寻找实现大规模定制的切入点。

Abstract:Pay attention to the development and design of the products to extensive customized research now, but it accords with the extensive and customized demand that a lot of scholars and administrators have ignored enterprise's own abilities , I think I customize and need to judge enterprise's own abilities first to an enterprise, realize the extensive and customized breakthrough point with this searching.
