论刑事被害人权利的救济

刑事被害人“被遗忘“、“被边缘化”带来了一系列法律和社会问题。影响被害人权利救济的因素既有制度的缺陷。又有客观的障碍。着眼现实，应着力从制度构造方面加强被害人权利的救济，包括：扩大对刑事被害人民事赔偿范围；在刑事司法中应协调公权与私权的行使；建立被害人国家补偿制度；建立被害人社会援助机构。

On the Relief of the Right of the Criminal Victims

The criminal victims who have been forgotten,marginalized brought a series of law and social problems .The elements which influenced the relief of rights of criminal victims embraced beth the systematical defect and objective obstacle. In the light of reality, the writer thought that we should strengthen the relief of the rights of criminal victims systematically, which embraced the expanding of scope of civil compensation for criminal victims, and keep consonance with both public rights and private rights, to build the state compensation system and also the social aid organization for victims.
