集体林业产权制度改革绩效评价:研究综述

随着新一轮集体林业产权制度改革的深入开展,迫切需要对其绩效进行评价。从现有的研究成果来看,研究者们从农民收入、森林资源经营以及社会效应三个方面对集体林业产权制度改革的绩效进行了评价,总体来说,研究者们对集体林业产权制度改革的短期绩效是持肯定态度的。但是,从现有研究成果的特点来看,还存在诸多不足,需要在未来的研究中引起重视。
