| Abstract: | This text analyzed several kinds of fault comprehension to the development of the economy society currently. At that basis, it discussed the basic meaning. It brought up that pushing forward positive economy is the initial principle of developing the economizing society, And then it discussed the basic meaning of the principle. It pointed out that it is the basic job of government to carry out the positive economy principle hard. |
