浅析社会工作对新生代农民工自我身份认同困境的介入——以重庆市铜梁县A村为例

随着时间的推移,新生代农民工替代了老一代的农民工,并成为了农民工的主力军。然而,城市社会新场域和农村乡土经历造成了新生代农民工自我身份认同的困境,他们困惑自己的身份地位。而社会工作作为一种专业的助人自助活动,把它运用于农民工实践活动中,能帮助新生代农民工正确的认识自我,摆脱自我认同困境。通过以专业的社会工作视角来分析研究新生代农民工的困境,为研究新生代农民工探索出新路径。

Social Work on the New Generation of Migrant Workers Involved in the Plight of Self-identity --Take A Village of Tong Liang County as an Example

Over time, the new generation of migrant workers replaced the older generation of migrant workers, and has become the main force of migrant workers. However, the new urban society and rural local field caused by the new generation of migrant workers through self-identity dilenuna, they confused their own status. The social work profession to help others as a self-help activities, to apply it in practice migrant workers, can help correct understanding of the new generation of migrant workers themselves, out of self-identity dilemma. In this paper, a professional social work perspective to analyze the plight of the new generation of migrant workers, migrant workers to study the new generation to explore new paths.
