我国科技立项评估中环境影响评价存在问题及对策分析

科技立项评估的目的是对科技项目的主观价值和客观价值进行评判,以利于决策主体选择能最大限度实现价值主体需求的项目组合,因此在评估过程中,评估指标的确定是关键。从科技立项评估中引入环境影响评价的必要性入手,分析了我国科技立项评估中环境影响评价存在问题,并在此基础上提出了完善我国科技立项评估中环境影响评价的几点思考。
