大学生创业之儿童托管服务案例研究

笔者亲身参与了一个创业项目一“乐心家园,儿童第二课堂”,并以该项目为基础,剖析了大学生创业过程中缺乏资金、经验,行业管理体系不完善等制约因素。同时,在创业项目的选择和市场调查分析方面总结出经验教训．并从学生的角度为创业大学生提出组建决策团队、明确创业方向、接触有创业经验和管理经验的从业人员或指导者、熟知行业的游戏规则和预测可能发生的问题等若干建议。

College Students Start-case Studies of Children Care Service

The writer have participated a commercial program setted by college students,which we named it with--a pleased class outside the schools. This article based on the program is aimed at finding out the barriers that on college students＇ business way to success such as lack of fund and experience,and unimprovement of the industry. Furthermore,the writer have summaried several pieces of lesson in the fields about program choice and market survey. At last, some suggestions at follows ：building a decision team, defining your field, contacting with experienced people, learning about rules and forecasting problems possibly.
