To quicken the process of circulation modernization is of crucial importance for circulation industry in China to take part in international competition.To realize the circulation modernization,the government should take an active leading role,and the circulation enterprises must reform and innovate.In the process of reform,scale has become one of the difficult problems to obstruct circulation enterprises from realizing modernization.This paper,based on analyses of the features of circulation modernization,the contents of circulation modernization in China,and the manifestations of circulation modernization in circulation enterprises,probes into the ways of developing the scales of circulation enterprises.
