| 摘 要： | 劳务经济是转移农村富余劳动力、实现农民增收、促进农业工业化和农村城市化的有效方法。目前我国在发展劳务经济的过程中存在着很多的问题,要解决这些问题,促进劳务经济的健康发展,就必须正确认识政府在劳务经济发展中的功能与地位。政府正确引导、管理与服务是促进劳务经济健康发展的必要条件。

| Abstract: | The labor service economy is an efficient way to transfer the rural spare labor,to increase peasants' income and to push ahead the industrialization of agriculture and the urbanization of rural area.At present,there are many problems in the labor service economy development.In order to solve these problems to prompt the labor service economy develop healthily,we must correctly recognize the government' function and position.The government' proper guide,management and service are the essential factors to prompt the labor service economy develop healthily. |
