工艺管理系统模型研究

随着企业产品设计部门产品数据管理系统（PDM）与生产制造部门的企业资源管理系统（ERP）等软件的逐步实施与推广使用，企业在整个产品生产过程中两大环节的信息管理得到很大改善，有效地提高了企业生产管理水平。但是，企业各系统之间基本上处于信息孤立状态，相互之间不存在信息共享，或者信息共享的途径比较有限。成为企业进一步提高信息管理的瓶颈。文章对工艺管理系统模型进行研究，说明工艺管理系统模型使二者能够实现有效的信息互通，使企业围绕产品生产的整条信息线完整地连接起来。

A Study on the Model of Process Management System

With the implementation and widely use of product data management （ PDM ） by the design department and the enterprise resources plans （ERP）by the manufacturing department, information management of two major links and production management within enterprises have been effectively improved. However, each and every department of enterprises is located the isolation information status and has limited access to information sharing, which has become the bottle neck for enterprises to further improve information management. This article studies on the model of process management system and explains how to achieve effective information interaction between PDM and ERP in order to achieve universal information sharing on production.
