China's Approval Regime on Outbound Investment-Overview on the First Chinese Judgment Recognized and Enforced by the United States Courts

On February 26, 2010, the Ministry of Commerce of China ("MOFCOM") issued the Guiding Opinions on 2010 Outbound Investment and Coo-peration indicating that non-financial outbound direct investment amount increased by 6.5% from US S$40.7 billionin 2008 to US $43.3 billion in 2009.
