| 摘 要： | 投资方案的综合选优是投资决策过程的关键，本文提出了一种新的投资方案优化决策方法，即层次－灰色关联分析法。并应用于某矿山企业的选矿工艺流程方案优化，取得了满意的效果。

| Abstract: | The synthetical optimization of the invesment program is the key in the investmentdecision. In the article, a new optimal decision in investment program is put forward, which iscalled AHP--grey relational grade analysis and it has been applied to optimal program in thecourse of the mineral selecting and therefore a satisfaCtory result has been obtained. |
