| 摘 要： | 本文将经济学的理论、方法和模型应用于水库移民贫困原因的研究中。根据水库移民贫困问题的特点，分别从移民的实物资本、人力资本和社会资本三个方面进行了分析，认为对于移民的货币补偿不足以弥补移民的福利损失是导致移民贫困的根本原因。

| Abstract: | The economics theories,methods and models are used in studying the poverty reasons for reservoir resettlement in this paper.Based on the poverty characteristics of reservoir resettlement,the physical capital,human capital and social capital of reservoir resettlement have been analyzed.Finally,the conclusion can be reached that the compensation for resettlement is not enough to cover welfare losses is the key cause of poverty in reservoir resettlement. |
