青岛电网智能告警专家系统应用分析

摘    要:随着青岛电网的快速发展,作为智能电网重要组成部分的调度自动化系统接收的信号越来越多,致使电网监控工作量极大,电网监控巡视时间过长,埋下事故隐患。因此,急需对种类繁多、数目巨大的告警信号进行合理分层、分流处理以提高电网监控工作的效率。介绍了智能告警专家系统的功能与特点,结合青岛电网实际讨论了专家系统的配置与改进情况,分析了系统的应用效果,表明系统的投运大幅提高了运行监控人员的监视效率和故障处理水平,保障了电网安全稳定运行。

Abstract:With the rapid development of Qingdao power grid, more and more alarm signals are processed by the dispatching automation system, which is an important part of smart grid, resulting in heavy workload and overlong inspecting time as well as hidden safety troubles. Therefore, it is necessary to reasonably delaminate and shunt the numerous type-varied alarm signals so as to improve the monitoring efficiency of power grid. This paper introduces the function and features of the intelligent alarm expert system, discusses the system's configuration and improvement based on the actual situation of Qingdao power grid, and analyzes the application effects of this system. The result shows that the operation of this system can significantly improve the monitoring efficiency and fault treatment capacity, consequently guaranteeing the safety operation of the power grid.
