失业问题的内外生交易费用

失业问题对整个社会来说意味着资源的闲置,不仅会产生严重的社会问题,同时也意味着一种人力资本的损失。新兴古典经济学的失业理论,利用分工网络风险理论、整数理论和分工结构演变理论来解释失业的成因,与凯恩斯的失业理论一样,并不能完全解释中国的失业现象,却提供了一种分析失业问题的全新视角。本文结合新制度经济学的内外生交易费用和博弈论的分析基础,在新兴古典经济学的理论体系下探讨了失业问题形成的内在机理。

The Endogenous & Exogenous Transaction Cost Due to Unemployment

Unemployment means the resources of the whole society are in idle,which will not only lead to serious social problems,but also means a loss of human capital.The theory of unemployment brought up by the new classical economics,with the help of the theory of network division risk,integer theory and division structure evolution theory explains the causes of unemployment.As Keynes＇s theory of unemployment,this theory does not fully explain China＇s phenomenon of unemployment,but it provides us a new perspective to analyze unemployment.Combining the theory of the endogenous exogenous transaction cost of the new institutional economics with the basic analysis of the game theory,the article discusses the intrinsic mechanism causing unemployment in the framework of the new classical economics.
