| 摘 要： | 2010年北京市政府工作报告中第一次提出了“着眼建设世界城市”的目标。世界城市，是国际大都市的高端形态，对全球的经济、政治、文化等方面具有重要的影响力。在分析世界城市竞争力指数排名的基础上，通过比较世界城市社会保障发展水平，找出北京的优势与不足；并借鉴世界城市社会保障制度的发展经验，提出完善北京社会保障制度的发展方向与对策。
