Designing a Long-Term Incentive System for the State-Owned Commercial Banks on the Basis of International Experiences

It is important to design the internal rules of the banks on the basis of international experiences when we are reforming our banks on market orientation.Discussed in the paper are the necessity for state owned commercial banks to carry out a long term incentive mechanism,the content of such long term incentive in the West,and the ways for our banks to set up such an incentive mechanism.
