我国逆向物流发展的必要性及其障碍机制研究

本文在简要介绍循环经济与逆向物流概念及其相互关系的基础上，从我国发展逆向物流的必要性入手，首先分析了我国企业发展逆向物流的主要障碍，并运用外部性理论对逆向物流的责任主体进行了深入研究，明确了政府在发展逆向物流过程中的先导性作用。以此为基础，指出了我国在发展逆向物流过程中的政府行为不足，并有针对性地提出了相应的改进措施。

The Research on Necessity and Obstacle Mechanism of Reverse Logistics in our Country

Based on brief introduction to conception and mutual relation of circulative economics and reverse logistics, starting with the necessity to develop reverse logistics in our country, the paper analyses the main obstacles to develop reverse logistics in domestic enterprises; using externality theory, paper intensively researches the subjects which should be responsible for reverse logistics, makes it clear that government should be precursor in the development of reverse logistics; after that, the paper points out the absence of government, and put forward corresponding improving measures against above absence.
