| 摘 要： | 我国公务员考录制度所存在的问题是管理机构不够科学,试题欠科学性,命题水平参差不齐,职级范围较窄.改革和完善办法是加强相关立法,加强考试命题的科学性,考试的规范化,实行分级分类考试和提高考核质量.
