| 摘 要： | 在分析我国知识产权制度现状的基础上,指出我国知识产权存在的部分问题,结合国外的经验,提出增强企业自主知识产权意识,建立强有力的知识产权管理机构,有效整合知识产权资源以及建立以知识产权法律政策为中心,覆盖文化政策、产业政策和对外贸易政策等领域的综合配套的创新型体系等措施来完善知识产权法律制度.

| Abstract: | On the base of analyzing the present situation of Chinese intellectual property right system,the paper pointed out part problems existed in the Chinese intellectual property right.Based on the foreign experience the paper brought forward to strengthen the consciousness of enterprises' independent intellectual property right,established the strong management organization of intellectual property right,effectively integrated resources of intellectual property and established the comprehensive and coordinated innovative system to improve the illegal system of intellectual property right centered on legal policy of intellectual property right,covered culture policy,industrial policy and foreign trade policy. |
