从强制保险探讨交通事故救助模式

强制保险是国家对特定对象以法令形式规定其必须参加的保险，机动车交通事故责任强制保险作为强制险的一种．是社会公益性很强的险种，对于保障公民合法权益、维护社会稳定具有重要意义。本文结合国外交强险的立法经验和实践，对我国实行该制度的理论和实践进行了探讨。对制度的功能定位和存在的问题进行了研究，以期为其进一步完善提供参考。

On Traffic Accident Salvation Mode from the View of Compulsory Insurance

Compulsory insurance is a kind of insurance regulated by law for specific group of people. As one kind of compulsory insurances, vehicle accident responsibility insurance with high social commonweal is of great significance in ensuring citizens＇ legitimate rights and social stability. Compared with the legislation and practice of foreign countries＇ compulsory insurances, this paper probes into the theory and practice of China＇s vehicle accident responsibility insurance and analyzes its functional role and existing problems with the expectation of perfecting it.
