| 摘 要： | 文章从哲学的角度对公司治理学科中的前沿问题进行了思考。围绕公司治理的内涵，从公司治理的发展历程、公司治理中的利益导向及新兴治理、集团治理和网络治理的特点出发，结合哲学中的发展和变革、系统理论、普遍联系和人的价值对公司治理的前沿问题做了简要分析。

| Abstract: | This paper discusses the forefront issues in corporate governance from philosophical perspective. Covering the connotation, the development and the interest direction of corporate governance, the paper, based on the characteristics of innovation governance, group governance and network governance, makes a brief analysis of the forefront issues of corporate governance with the development, system theory, general connection and people＇s value in philosophy. |
