| 摘 要： | 社会基础设施是基础设施发展到一定阶段的必然产物。文章通过统计数据、分类图表分析，认为：改革开放以后．中国产业区的社会基础设施得到了快速发展；同时也存在着各个产业区之间发展不平衡加剧，经济性社会基础设施与公益性社会性基础设施发展不对称等问题。并针对存在的问题提出了解决的措施。

| Abstract: | Social infrastructures are the natural product of infrastructure development at a certain stage. Based on the analysis of consider- able statistical data and categorized diagrams, this paper believes that social infrastructures of industrial districts in China have made rapid progress since the reform and opening-up policy; but at the same time there exist some problems concerning an increase of development imbalance among different industrial districts and asymmetrical development in infrastructures between economy society and public-welfare society. Some solutions to the problems are offered at the end of this paper. |
