我国中小企业社会责任探析——基于和谐社会的视角

将履行社会责任作为构建和谐社会的一种基本思想，用科学发展观指导自身的经营行为，维护社会整体利益，已成为现代企业义不容辞的责任。然而当前我国中小企业社会责任的缺失不仅无益于和谐社会的建设，也阻碍企业的进一步发展壮大。强化企业的社会责任，是事关我国中小企业持续发展的关键所在，也是促进社会发展和构建和谐社会的动力。

Analysis on Responsibility Taken by Chinese Small and Medium-sized Enterprises Based on a Harmonious Society Perspective

With the prevalence of implementing social responsibility to eonstruet harmonious society in China, it has been duty-bound for the Chinese enterprises to instinctively lead its business with the Scientific Concept of Development and maintain social overall interests as well. However, the problem lies in the fact that many enterprises lack its social responsibility, accordingly, it does not only go against building a harmonious society, but also impedes the farther development and growth of enterprises. Thus, strengthening social responsibility is not only the key of China＇s small anti medium-sized enterprises to maintain their sustainable development, but also the key of the power to promote social development and to build a harmonious society.
