不断完善上海国际金融中心建设的法制环境

上海国际金融中心的建设需要构建一个良好的法制环境，虽然上海贯彻中央有关法规以及地方立法方面取得较大成效，但离国际金融中心建设的要求还有差距，因此需要继续争取中央法规进一步的扶持。地方相关法规体系要进一步完善，尤其在金融司法、金融服务以及金融仲裁等方面，形成系统且高效的法制环境。

Further Improvement of Legislation Construction for Financial Center of Shanghai

The construction of Shanghai financial center needs according legal environment. Though we achieve a lot to carry out central government's laws and in local legislation,in order to serve the construction of Shanghai financial center better,we still need improve our legislation. We need further improve local legislation,and form systematical and efficient legal environment,especially in financial law,financial service,and financial arbitration.
